Family Unit based out of Berlin is a House &amp; Techno collective with an uber-talented line-up of Sense of Sun, Sauna, Jago K, Rosa Luxemburg, Katy De Jesus and Analog Advisory favorite, Justin Ramsey. Family Unit expands into the Record Label space with their debut release from their resident producer &amp; DJ, Sauna. Sauna’s ‘Unification’ EP features 4 house cuts on wax of different varieties from romantic ‘Unification’ to deep and dub-y numbers on tracks like ‘Ancestor’ and ‘Predecessor’. Minimal track, ‘Relative’, comprises of subsurface basslines, ricocheting drumwork and spacey bleeps and bloops that sound like an android strolling down a summer night’s walk. Taut rhythms and a conniving chord progression gives the tune a dusky vibe for those late night sessions.

Slated for November 1st 2018 on Vinyl and Digital (Bandcamp &amp; Streaming).

Né à Ajaccio au milieu des années 90, Ionescu baigne dans la musique dès son plus jeune âge grâce à une famille de musiciens. Influencé par de nombreux artistes issus de milieux variés, il rejoint plusieurs groupes en tant que batteur jusqu'à se diriger vers la création de sons électroniques.  
Il intègre courant 2014 le collectif Porto Vecchiais Indeep'n'dance et créer le collectif RITMIC plus tard avec une bande d'amis passionnés.
Pendant 4 ans il cultive le minimalisme à travers de nombreuses free party insulaires et soirées à La Montagne, charmant les puristes de la musique électronique.
Ionescu saura vous faire voyager subtilement entre la tech house londonienne et les vibes breakbeat oldschool
