Geplantes Nichtstun once told us his secret: he never uses instruments as the manual suggests. This spirit runs through his discography and shines again in Paradigma, where he bends sounds into rare forms. Small imperfections give it humanity, fitting, as he's a psychiatrist. Hard to believe how time flies – it's been exactly 6 years, 4 months, and 19 days since we released our very first compilation. Back then, everything was new and we had no idea where the journey would take us. Over the years, downtempo has evolved significantly and continuously reinvented itself.

Today, we're releasing our tenth and - for now - final compilation. From the beginning, it was important to us to provide a platform for new and emerging artists – and up until this tenth compilation, we’re proud to say that no artist appeared more than once. For this special occasion, we're breaking with that tradition and have invited several long-time companions to join us in shaping this moment.

A big thank you to all the artists for their contributions, and to all our listeners for your continued support. Special thanks also go to Kilian Van de Water, whose unique style has always played a key role in creating the overall identity of our label.

Iorie is a producer, Liveact and DJ from Germany. He started young singing, playing instruments and combined it all later by starting to produce at the age of 15. His music ranges through all tempos always conjunct in the purpose to shake your body, move your heart and excite your mind. In his tracks he uses the sounds of his travels and tries to capture all the encounters that come along them in unique sound and personal, philosophical lyrics.
