Do you have prophetic vision or worldly sight?
Do you speak with authority over your challenges- your fears- your worldly issues or do you complain, worry, and stress? Our words alone do not have the power to manifest reality, but our words, backed by belief and faith do.  So, if you truly believe what you are speaking, you will manifest that into your life.  
We have been given a set of beliefs by our world and we have been given a set of beliefs by God. We must choose which to believe.  We can’t believe both. In Luke 10:19, Jesus said, “and I have given you authority over all the power of the enemy, and to walk among serpents and scorpions and to crush them.  Nothing shall injure you!”  Claim your prophetic vision and reject your worldly sight.♥ Carole

What do you truly believe?

Do you remember when you were told to “count to 10 before speaking”?  How many of us pause and actually do this?  When we speak out of emotion, we take the chance of not honoring God with our words- of spitting out of our mouths a lack of faith and distrust in Him that keeps our minds enslaved and in a negative place.  Sound familiar?  We would do ourselves a favor if we stopped and counted to 10 before we spit out the first thing that comes to mind based on our emotions.  James 3:9 says, “We use our tongues to praise our Lord and Father, but then we curse people who were created in God’s likeness”- Whether you are speaking to yourself or speaking to someone else, be careful of what comes out of your mouth. Count to 10- it could change everything. ♥Carole

Are you pausing and connecting with God when you see these messages or are you reading them and going back to whatever you were doing?  The intention is for you to PAUSE and check your mindset.  Who is in control in this moment?  Have you surrendered this day to Him?  What are you believing? You can't expect to see change without doing something different. Intentional Change

When the 12 leaders went out to scope the land of Canaan (Numbers 13-14) only 2 of them gave a victory report on their return- a faith report – a report that said, “God said it so it’s true! I’m playing full out on God’s team!”  The others saw themselves without hope. It actually says they saw themselves like grasshoppers!   What report are you giving God today about your situation?  A report like the 10 or a report like the 2? ♥Carole

What is your report?

In order to have the thing we pray for, we must first believe it is already done.  But, for most of us, if we actually believed it was already taken care of, already solved, already completed, already finished, then we would not feel the need to pray for it, right?  This is about control and faith.  When we have control over the outcome, we don't see a need to pray yet, when we don't see how something can happen, we pray out of fear because we can't control it.  This is the wrong use of prayer.  It is why we don't actually see change. Praying from a place of fear will never allow faith to step in.  When we pray, we must pray believing in the result and then moving in faith -taking daily actions until we see it come to fruition.  So, are you praying with fear or faith?  Are you acting with confident belief or are you paralyzed in fear?  Ask God how to trust Him more and to increase your faith.  Go boldly to the throne! Hebrews 4:16-"So let us come boldly to the very throne of God and stay there to receive his mercy and to find grace to help us in our times of need" ♥Carole

Who is in control?

When Jesus took the 5 loaves and 2 fish from the disciples, He looked up to heaven.  He didn’t look at the people or even at the bread and fish.  He looked to heaven.  This is because He knew that the answer to feeding the 5000 was not in His physical hands or in His physical sight.  The answer was in heaven.  The solution was in the Father’s hands.  How many times do we focus on the circumstances of a situation to try and determine what is possible- only to be frustrated and paralyzed by our inability to see a solution?  Our solution is not in our potential but rather in God’s capacity! He is able to do so much more than we could ever imagine possible because His capacity is limitless.   (definitions: potential is an unrealized ability & capacity is an ability to hold, receive or absorb.) so, let’s not focus on our potential, but rather in God’s ability to enlarge and expand our capacity to receive His blessings. Ask God to increase your capacity today.  Pray the prayer of Jabez from 1 Chronicles 4:10.   “Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, “Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain.” And God granted his request” ♥ Carole

Your Potential or God's Capacity?

A CEO is CHOSEN by the Board.  A CEO is the FACE of the company.  A CEO oversees all resources and organizational flow. Is God your CEO?   Have you CHOSEN God to rule over your business and life?  Does HE work through you, so HIS FACE is all anyone sees?  Have you submitted everything to Him for His direction, guidance, and provision? Make it a daily surrender!  You will be SO glad that you did! ♥Carole

Are you the best version of yourself? A master leader masters their calendar. The calendar does not get to make the decisions.  So, do you fill your calendar full of potential and current clients, community events and life’s responsibilities?  Or do you look for WHO will fill your calendar to increase God’s capacity for blessings on your life?  How long will you practice a new intentional shift in behavior before it becomes a discipline?  ♥Carole

Are you the best version of yourself?

When a mistake happens, the best question to ask is: "What is the opportunity in this challenge?  What could I do differently next time to get a better result?"  Nelson Mandela said, "I never lose.  I either win or learn."  Focus more on becoming the person God has called you to be and build yourself and others up in the process!  Ephesians 4:29  “And never let ugly or hateful words come from your mouth, but instead let your words become beautiful gifts that encourage others; do this by speaking words of grace to help them.” (this includes the way you speak to yourself!) ♥ Carole

Mistakes Happen

Honestly, I don’t think there is anyone who doesn’t ask the question- “If God is in control of everything, then why is there so much suffering?”  1 Corinthians 2 gives a great explanation.  You will not understand a spiritual God from a non-spiritual perspective.  Judging a spiritual God from a worldly perspective makes believing in God a brainless, foolish concept.  The only way to build trust and confidence in what God is doing is to tap into the power of the Holy Spirit within you.  The suffering of this world may not always make sense, but your spiritual eyes will be opened to see more of His grace and goodness. ♥Carole
