"One Way Track" is one of the most complete songs we've done. It's one of the most lyrically unique songs I've ever written. It's one of my favorite songs  to play on an acoustic as well as full band and it's interesting to see the difference in the two. - Micah Pueschel

"This track came from a session with our good friend BW back home in Hawaii. We made a few dub beats in our hometown at his studio, mostly just for fun. I played bass, Micah wrote and sang, and Brad played all the other instruments. We recorded the whole thing piece by piece at his house. I really like the addition of the horns on this one, and am really stoked on how it turned out." - Adam
