Hi everyone! My name is Iris Lau, while my stage name is Iris Potter. As a second daughter at home, I have an elder sister and a younger brother. According to my birth order and my family culture due to son preference, I regard myself "Modern World's Mulan". And I am used to sing male singers' songs when I go to Karaoke Room. Therefore, I start singing both male voice and female voice without musical instuments. Since Children's Day 2023, I discovered that I can sing on the rooftop of a tall building when I am down in Yuen Long. After that, I started attending 30Day Singer. I think singing male singers' songs is more natural for me because my voice pitch is not high. I don't know if I am a non-binary singer in Chinese world. Regradless of wearing trousers or dresses, I am what I am. I also teach languages, write and design, but I know only singing allows me to be my true self and embrace my true self.  Therefore, I believe that being a virtual singer is meaningful. It's Original Me.
