'Challenger' i wrote the music, melody and words to.
It's about how i view myself in the world, I guess.
I recorded it with my Pappa, Mono Martian in Bergen Norway.
We had a few local Bergen musicians helping singing and playing.
Jørgen Davidsen played drums. Katrine Haugland sang backing vocals and Ole Gunnar Gundersen played synth.
Pappa helped me with direction, guidance and playing.
We mixed it at night time camping in the studio in Bergen, Fun:)

Challenger

This is my version of a track Elvis recorded and released in 1961
It was written by Hugo Peretti, Luigi Creatore and George David Weiss.
My pappa heard me play and sing it after he gave me an Ibanez accoustic guitar for christmas.He instantly said we should record this Stardust.We started the session in pappa's studio in Bergen, Norway and continued in Melbourne together with producer/mixer and mate Gavin Parker.Our dear friend and artist Sheridan Mills took the photo and did the artwork for the single.

Hello Everyone!
My Name is Iris Stardust.
I'm 11 years old.
At age 7 I recorded a duet with my dad, 
together with Jodie & Glenn from a band called College Fall.
Since then i have sung on quite a few songs
Last year I released my first self composed song called Challenger
