In the state between sleep and wakefulness, we can consciously perceive images of the unconscious. Against this background, sometimes unexpected thoughts and feelings come, emotions and states are experienced that had no place during wakefulness. And through the sounds of ancient songs, voices and drums, the inner world receives care and attention.

My field of interest is the synthesis of traditions, techniques and practices at the intersection of approaches and cultures. I explore the sounds and rhythms that surround us, their combinations and effects on emotions and the body. Singing, playing music and movement are real therapy that can heal, support and guide.
