A key member of the Diynamic family since 2006, Hamburg producer H.O.S.H. 
Has revelled, not only in the success of the label, but also in the ever 
increasing waves of support for his own work. The back end of 2010 saw the 
release of his debut artist album "Connecting The Dots." The ten track 
collection of dance floor cuts found critical acclaim from DJ's and Press alike, 
with many featuring in a variety of charts since. 
 
As we enter spring and our landscape changes, it signals the perfect moment 
to present the first remix EP of the album. Tasked with reworking the tracks 
are 8Bit and Katchul boss Gorge, who breathes new life into the beautiful 
vocal number, "Finally Mine." And Poker Flat chief Steve Bug, who leads us 
through a wonderfully deep, Hammond masterclass.

A name that many have been eagerly anticipating the next moves of, Dahu, has finally shrugged off his elusiveness and stepped out of the shadows. Emerging onto the scene with his much accredited debut EP ʻDeep in the Woodsʼ, the young artist has set high standards for himself and looks set to push off even further within the scene with his latest EP ʻNorthʼ. ʻNorthʻ is a dark, moody affair that features two originals and a remix from Nick Devon each screaming with attitude.

Title track ʻNorthʼ upholds the feeling of the EP, full of energy and yet enigmatic in its dark undertones. Haunting synth lines circulate around a bellowing bassline, whilst glass bells and falling keys give added texture and atmosphere to this murky tale.

Nick Devon steps up with his take on ʻNorth, with a remix that sharpens the elements of the original. Expertly balanced kickdrums lay against finely tuned hi-hats to give this remix a more classic house vibe.

Closing the book is ʻHow Do They Knowʼ, a delicately deep track that seals the deal at the end of the night. Backed by a structured bassline that sits below sub, synth stabs become more and more melodic whilst strong piano chords fuel the emotion.
