Welcome back to our podcast series!

We are very pleased to have extremely talented, Romanian dj/producer @rielro as our narrator for the 101 episode.

Born in Galati, Riel is an independent DJ but also an electronic music producer, he began his career in early 2007, influenced by sounds like house, disco and funk. Since its inception tube a good response from his audience and this helped him to be characterized by his immense charisma and energy at the time of their presentations. After years of activity as a DJ, he decided to try the electronic music producer scene. His musical culture at this time included a wide range of styles: Funk, Hip-Hop, Afro-beat and more speci cally House Music. Embodies the essence of tribal and afro sounds. He grew up in an atmosphere of african rhythms that he is authentically overlaying on house music. Armed with a plethora of percussive instruments, along with soul-awakening vocals recorded in various areas in Africa, he sprays the musical scene with his organic signature sound.

Music has always been a real passion, even from an early age, listening to the likes of Fleetwood Mac, Genesis and Pink Floyd.
He started off perfecting the art of mixing and blending tracks using vinyl and has been doing so on and off since the late eighties.
Early Electro and Acid House, lead him into the realms of the UK Rave Scene from 1988 - 1993 and He was lucky enough to go to some of the biggest outdoor raves in the UK, hosted by the likes of Sunrise, Biology and Fantazia. He was a regular at the Astoria Night Club in London where the likes of Fabio & Grooverider, Paul ‘Trouble’ Anderson and the legend Carl Cox frequented the decks. Those were the days when Carl Cox would mix tracks with 3 turntables, hence earning the name the ‘3 Deck Wizard’.

I do have a very varied taste in music, but my real love is anything electronic. Deep House, Organic House, Melodic House, Progressive House, Techno and Ambient.

SRS has been producing his own tracks now for about 3 years and is currently working on a project under the pseudonym Lakota Rayn, producing Deep and Organic House music.
He would describe his mixes as deep and diverse...which take you on a real musical journey.

PAS-RISKY was born in Izmir, Turkey. His passion for music started at a young age, as he was always surrounded by friends who were connected with electronic music. At the age of 17, he started playing the piano. Through the Facebook group 'PAS-RISKY Music', he kept getting in touch with electronic music and worked closely with big production companies in the US and UK until he decided to stand at a mixing desk himself. His sessions range from organic house to progressive house to electro. He always achieves a very high energy on any dance floor.
