This track goes along with the saying "you don't know what you've got until its gone".
Listening to this track you would think the artist was regretful of making mistakes that ultimately cost him his relationship with the love of his life and mother of his son. In all actuality, its the opposite. He found out his love was creeping around on him while he was on the road, working to support her and their son. For 2 weeks following his discovery of the situation, this man walked all over the jobsite with his head down, dragging his feet, and was understandably just lost in his head. He hadn't been on our crew more than a month so no one really knew much about him. we just knew he had turrets and was outgoing and sociable with everyone. then one morning he comes into work damn near skipping across the boneyard pumped up. told me he wrote a track about the situation he was in and played it for me. every hair on my body stood up as I listened in shock of the talent and view he took.  this is the first track I ever recorded and it is such an honor to pop my mic cherry on a track so full of emotion and passion. enjoy!!!

Now She's Gone

This song is a collaboration for my daughter and Josh's son. Verse 1 was written 2 months before my daughter was born expressing all the emotions, thoughts, and feelings running through me as I approached fatherhood. Verse 2 was written when Josh's son was over 2 years old. Josh was working on the road away from his son. Enjoy!
