In this version (v3) I downloaded Dopplereffekt - Superior Race from bandcamp as a wav.

Deleted the 2 previous versions. 

In v2 I updated the quality to be 320kbps opus to wav via yt-dlp instead of the original version's 128kbps youtube to mp3 downloader via the internet.

Made this in 2020

Also, I didn't know you can replace files with soundcloud pro and unlimited before deleting the original track...

Used 3 phasers, lowpass, highpass, simple parametric eq, eq, flanger, upped the volume by 1 db and last but definitely not least, pitch shifting. Used keyframes to animate effect values and events. All done in premiere pro 14.4.
