Well, the day I graduated from medical school, I had a four point zero GPA

So I figured that I oughta make the most of it, at least try to pay off my debt
Maybe slowly work my way right up to the top
Get promotions and promotions till I’m running the shop
That was years ago, and now this body’s starting to rot
I gotta open up the door

Then I see a big old truck drivin’ down the road
What the hell?! Looks like my car got towed!
Well, you can take this job and shove it up your ass, my dude
