Have you ever thought about having no expectations for others? But only expected how you react, act, or speak? We can't predict what others will say or do, so why spend time torturing yourself thinking they are out to get you or expecting them to do more then they can right now?

No Expectations

We have to remember to take time to rest and recover. Being busy isn't bad, but not allowing ourselves to rest isn't healthy. It's okay if you are in a stage of life that is less busy, enjoy each moment of it. Or if you are in a stage of busyness, remember to take time out for yourself to rest.

Get some rest, don't stress

So much can change, if you let God heal your heart. We are never meant to live life alone, so please reach out to family, friends, or even me if you struggle with depression and want someone to talk to.

It's challenging to not live a "check the boxes" kind of life, but remember life isn't about all the task you have finished, it's about the memories you make and how you choose to leave your mark.

Life gets hard, and trying to express that and process through it is even harder at times. But its important to take care of our negative emotions in a healthy way, and replace them with truth. Its not always easy, but it is possible.
