"Da ich meinen Job ziemlich kacke finde, kurz vor dem Burnout stehe und seit geraumer Zeit auch noch mit einer heftigen Pilzinfektion kämpfe, bin ich meist sehr gestresst. Am Wochenende feiern zu gehn, lasse ich mir dennoch nicht nehmen. Da war ich also letztens auf dieser Party und überall bam bam bam und tss zack paff und ihr wisst schon, irgendwie hektisch. Dann geh ich aber in diesen Keller und mein Schritt verlangsamt sich, meine Bewegungen werden entspannter und kontrollierter und mir gehts auf einmal total gut sag ich euch. Da lief so dieser Downtempo, Schneckno, Bummelbimbam ihr wisst was ich meine. Aber ging voll ab so. Wisst ihr? Entschleunigt einfach, aber trotzdem so voll vorwärts. Naja seitdem gehts mir jedenfalls wieder voll gut und der Pilz is auch weg. Glaube da hat dieser Mr. Pablo aufgelegt." - Brigitte A. aus D."
