if a civilisation is same exact age as us same technology w same development 5000 light yrs away, our 1st radio broadcast won't reach them or their s reach us for 4900yrs. when they Look a us, they would be seeing while we were building the pyramids.   by the time we can hear eachother or see eachother s 1st transmission s we could have a Dyson and even be colonizing nearby systems. you often mention on this channel galaxies are hundreds of millions of light years away.... so if there's a carbon copy earth wouldn't we be observing thier Jurassic period?  you never mention this as a solution to the FP. we are not observing civilization s because we are looking into history. if aliens 60k ly away look at earth today, humans don't exist. although we are space fairing.
