Breaking my limits faster and with force through use of my liked songs.
There is no shame in being weak, the shame is in staying weak.

Do not disappoint your younger self simply because you think surpassing your limits is “too hard”.

To do nothing or to push harder in the gym and every other aspect of life, these are both choices.
The pain of discipline or the pain of regret; you choose your pain.

We must not complain of the lack of rewards we get from the lack of work we put in to receive those rewards.

The fears we don’t face, become our limits…
