This is just me messing around in my little studio, trying different gear and techniques... neither of these used a click track, it was just stacking improvised parts on top of the first track (which was guitar vocal together)

Did this the other day while messing around with an old 4-track cassette recorder. I could have gotten better sound quality out of it but the gain staging was off. Still kinda dig it though! A truly great old song.

I was at my parents and they had some Thai friends over for a worship time. So I put up a couple mics and recorded it. I really like how it turned out, and how everyones voices blend together.
(I am not playing any of the instruments.)

Live worship and prayer time at our house with friends. Mixed Thai and English.

My cousin Faith Gladstone wrote and performed this song herself. I really like it! She has some serious talent.

On a personal level It is about the seasons that we go through in life, but it is also about the King who is returning to restore all things.

Winter

I have lived and traveled in Asia most of my life. When I have a bit of down time I make music with my mad-scientist collection of instruments and old tape machines. Preferably with friends.
