Ups And Downs is the creative output of day to day life. This album was a collection of feelings that had similarities to life's ups and downs, hence the name of the album. Most of the songs started from a chord progression played on guitar, which was later translated to the produced tracks they are today. Instruments like classical guitar, bass guitars, keyboards, analog synthesizers (MS-20 and modular to be specific) were used to make this a reality.

A bit about some tracks:
Let Go: Potentially the most relaxed track of the album, came from the realization that clinging is the wrong way to go.
Autopilot: Featuring AC Aken, this track contains great sax recordings and dueling solos.
XIII Death: Inspired by designs in tarot and dark carnivals, this track takes waltz to the electronic spectrum
Late in the coves: Experimentation with modular synthesizers for the "drop", featuring a chilled chord progression to put it all together.
