Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, I'm a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), with more than ten years of experience working in Information Technology Communications in the roles of, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Technical Leader, Developer and Business Analyst. More recently I played a crucial role as Enterprise Agile Coach for the Digital Program in Oi SA telecommunications company, collaborated in the development of the Agile Framework at Oi, which helped a team of more than 300 people, from the executive staff to its employees. At the moment, I am dedicated to my research in Continuous Software Product Portfolio Management for my Master's degree.
