A hopeful King and Queen, who happen to be pugs, search for a hero to go on an epic quest to fight Elephontia a.k.a. Master Toot, who has been scaring all the Townsfolks.

Who will the hero be?

Will they complete the mission and save the town?

This opera’s text was improvised by an 8 year old; the libretto is a near-exact transcription of a video that my sister [Julia] had secretly made in our shared bedroom years ago. It’s a truly fantastical, wacky story, in which fairy-tale tropes and hallmarks of children’s TV shows are enacted by a cast of toy animals, toddling between the silly and the surreal.
