here was the first assignment I did in my course I just finished, which means I've officially passed half a year's worth of classes at LAFS. I am excited to continue to progress and grow with music

I was playing around with my microphone before I began this course actually, messed around with a few songs but nothing complete. Just tidbits, pieces. This was my first class working with someone else's vocals, and it's a little choppy but I'm still proud of it.

Lightning

Currently attending The Los Angeles Recording School, studying Music Production & learning how to score music plus mastering DAWs. I love to sing, been doing so since I was as tiny as I could. I’ve also been dancing since I was less than a year old. I used to wiggle around in my car seat. I love music so much and my musical friends because they understand the value in it and I can relate to them in that way. I’ve done some theatre growing up and nothing quite makes me feel as happy and alive as when I can tell a story with sound, and visuals accompanying it. I’m thankful for all the feelings only music can bring me, and for those who support me on my journey in expressing myself this way. I can pretty much enjoy any genre of music, so this should get progressively more fun as I continue to learn to produce! I play a bit of guitar, piano, and harmonica. Life is a wild ride, and it’s a lot more enjoyable with a soundtrack to support it’s constantly changing atmosphere 🎼🖤🎶
