Dimatik and D-Stroyer dig up a renaissance earworm with ‘Greensleeves Reborn’ and reimagine it into a vigorous party banger for the rave generation!

Taking an iconic English folk song, which many incorrectly believe was written by Henry VIII. Dimatik and D-Stroyer restored the magic and wonder of the original’s charm with its Italian composition style and gifted it a potent dose of the clubland gusto! Forget off with their heads; this ‘Greensleeves Reborn’ release is going to be more like off with the roof!

Featuring a prominent hardstyle kick alongside rolling drum patterns and melodic synth stabs that tie into the magnetism of a female narrator guiding you along to the tune of Greensleeves, this reborn version is ferocious, and the pace gathers even more progression once the climatic finale kicks in.

Australian DJ/Producer Dimatik has seen his fusion of hard beats and psytrance pick-up support from a wide range of artists, including Armin van Buuren, Tiësto and David Guetta. The two artists pair up for what is AlexSo's debut release on the Generation Smash. Skemaddox, on the other hand, has become a bit of a regular on Generation Smash of late, even dropping his recent 'For You EP' on Smash Deep. With this new release Skemaddox, in collaboration with AlexSo's, is packing some serious firepower. With a traditional 4/4 beat, this house music monster leaps into action, throwing top-end melodic sonics through the speakers.
 
An LA resident with an extensive list of Hollywood hot spots under his belt, Skemaddox's name has become a synonymous spinner in the city's house scene. When it comes to stellar collaborations, it doesn’t get much bigger than this. ‘Damn’ is the work of electro house legend Chuckie and Spanish star Albert Neve, a duo who previously set the scene on fire with their remix of Ambush & DJ Obek’s ‘Craissy’ back in 2012. Their debut original collaboration is more of the same, a devastating electro anthem that is perfectly poised to light up dance floors and raise the roof at venues across the planet. 

Built around a ‘90s-esque synth riff that dances around the track from the off, where ‘DAMN’ really shines is in how these guys have taken their respective experience, and used it to create something that combines old-school cues with modern electro energy. Both Chuckie and Albert have been part of the dance music scene for a number of years, but their ability to remain ahead of the curve while making subtle nods to their roots is clear to see in ‘Damn’. From the pounding percussion, to the bouncy drops, through to the quirky vocal shouts, ‘Damn’ is also a crowd-friendly anthem that should see it go down a storm in DJ sets, with plenty of support from the big guns already under its belt.

The recent smash release ‘Get In Trouble (So What)’ from Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and Vini Vici has been given a slap house remix by the mysterious producer LILO!
 
The South Korean born artist, embodied in an invertebrate cartoon profile of an Octopus, has masterfully put together a new version of the popular hit release ‘Get in Trouble (So What)’. And it’s a sublime sway of electronic ripples that will be buoyed up at every party this summer!
 
Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and Vini Vici dropping the original back in summer 2020. The song has since gone on to be a wildly popular release for fans across social channels, due to clubs and festivals being on pause during the pandemic. To-date TikTok videos featuring ‘Get in Trouble (So What)’ have amassed more than 25 million views whilst the single has received over 17.4 million Spotify streams.
 
Having previously released on Smash The House with ‘Barbie Girl’, LILO has also given fans other releases with his retake of Milky Chance’s famous ‘Stolen Dance’. And his debut release ‘Can’t Get You Out of My Head’, a cover of Kylie Minogue’ mega-hit.
