So here's something I was commissioned by Blue15bomber for his audio drama. He wanted something that resembled the 1980's rendition of the Doctor Who Theme, some adventurous and 'futuristic'. I tried to incorporate that feel with some of the spacey sound effects and synth sweeps.

But I'd say the main source behind this was the theme for 'Terrahawks' a short lived puppet animation show by Gerry Anderson, with a similar look to 'Thunderbirds'. The time signature and instrument choices are similar but I wanted to get that similar feel to give this theme that Saturday Morning cartoon vibe you all know I'm addicted to doing.

Galactic Voyage

What this track has evolved into compare to it's original demo is crazy lol. But I may upload it that at one point. It was originally a more melancholy ballad type of track that was transformed into somewhat of a night time slow jam. I wanted to use the claps in here for something for ages and here felt like a good moment to let them pop.

Downtown '83

I've always loved the music of Sonic Adventure era, the cool radical guitars mixed with all the cool synths and slap bass really hold a place in my heart. I grew up heavily playing any port of DX I could get my hands on lol

This one is an homage to Station Square, an iconic piece from the franchise as it's from the game that really introduced Sonic to 3D properly (No I'm not counting R or Fighters). I'm deffo geared up to do more of the late 90s sound though.
