Inspired by and written on the cliffs of Godrevy in Cornwall, a place where I spent most of my summers growing up. The track infuses both my love of this place and my love of music into the feel and lyrics. 

For any og followers, you may remember when I briefly put this song out in 2018 before realising it sounded terrible 😆 Well after a few Re-records I finally got it where I like it. 

Massive love to the guys over at @vokallrecords for believing in the tune and for all the support this past year. Super buzzed to be releasing with them again

Before The Fall

'What You Need' is a track that started as an Instagram Reel released back in 2020, which got over 50k views and many requests for a full version. This led to a really fun writing process that adapted the track that primarily focuses on the melodic hook to include the idea of a love story from two sides. Getting Eva involved to sing the second verse brought the whole song together.

Welcome to the only track in music history where French House meets Funeral Home, and somehow still makes you nod your head like you’re at a beach bar in Nice pretending everything is fine.

This song began when I opened my fridge at 3 AM, found nothing but one lonely yogurt, and whispered to myself:

From that moment, inspiration struck like a cheap disco ball falling from the ceiling of a bankrupt club.
So I took heartbreak…
smeared it across a synth pad…
added one dramatic “your love is dead” for every time my phone didn’t vibrate…
and created the world’s first romantic breakup anthem you can cry and two-step to.
