Isgahaatt - A God Made Flesh (demo)

Isgahaatt coalesced into being in the early half of 2004 CE. Seeping into the Sydney Black Metal scene with a sinister, liquid grace, the band quickly established themselves as purveyors of twisting guitar riffs, brutal percussive blasts and harrowing screams. As word of these apocalyptic minstrels spread, many an inn and tavern on the eastern-most side of this desolate island bore witness to the sweeping malice that was Isgahaatt. For months, many a promising musician was subsumed into the seething black morass while others were left by the wayside as the pitch and tambour of their dark melodies were tortured into terrible perfection. More and more it looked as if the face of Antipodean Metal would never be the same, transformed by the sepulchral music of these graveyard catgut scrapers. For four long years, Isgahaatt maintained their onslaught upon the aural cavities and philosophical structures of their victim audiences. 
Then, just as suddenly as it began, Isgahaatt seemed to vanish. For two years it appeared that the madness had abated and the world languished in their absence. But a shadow looms across the land once more. Whispers of a darker presence. A malignant sussurrus disturbs the otherwise peaceful soundscape. Now, in the year of Their Lord 2013, Isgahaatt will return, greater and more terrible than ever before, to once again ravage the landscape of the Australian Metal scene and this time, there will be a merch table.
