~Navaratri Sadhana~

Celebrations at Linga Bhairavi ensure that everyone is able to make use of the support that nature offers. For those who wish to connect with Devi, Sadhguru has offered a simple but powerful Navaratri sadhana for all, to experience Devi’s Grace at home. The sadhana is to be practiced on each of the days starting from (2015)October 13 to 21, by doing the following:

-*-Light a lamp for Devi.
-*-Chant a minimum of three cycles of the “Jai Bhairavi Devi” stuthi in front of a photo of Devi, Linga Bhairavi Gudi, Linga Bhairavi Yantra or Avighna Yantra. It is advisable to chant eleven cycles. (One cycle is the recitation of all 33 names of Devi, as listed below).
-*-Make an offering. There are no restrictions on what can be offered.

The sadhana can be done at any time of the day or night and can be done by all. There are no dietary restrictions, though it is preferable to have sattvic food as is customary during the festival. The sadhana can be done along with other traditional celebrations.

The Sri Rudram II: Chamakam is the final component of the Rudram.  This ancient Indian hymn also concentrates on Rudra aka Shiva. The hymn is extracted from the Yajurveda (c. 1200-1000BCE).

The Chamakam has a stark difference in style from the previous Sri Rudram I (https://soundcloud.com/5con/sri-rudram-i) where the focus was on 'namo.' The Chamakam has a sharper tone, where  abstract as well as physical quantities in the Universe are chanted vehemently. The idea behind reciting these concepts is likely that one will be enriched by the recitation.

A common Western game while listening to this mantra at home is
 " 😂  every time you hear one of your Indian friend's names."

Её передние руки сложены в благословляющем жесте, дарующем Божественное благо. В двух других руках она обычно держит по лотосу. Её способность даровать нам благополучие в жизни символизируется золотыми монетами, сыплющимися из её рук в океан жизни.

Основным партнёром Лакшми однако, считается Бог Вишну – известный как Главный Хранитель, спускающийся на землю в виде воплощений, таких как Кришна. Лакшми реинкарнируется во всех человеческих жизнях, и поэтому представляется как пример неумирающей любви. Считается, что те, кто уделяет внимание Богине Изобилия каждый день, налаживает постоянную связь с Ней. ॐ VERY POWERFUL MANTRA, REMOVES ALL OBSTACLES ॐ
The practice of this mantra generates the Divine energy, awakens the higher Divine "I", which originally there is in everyone.

“Hari” is a word referring to Vishnu, not Shiva. Hara refers to Shiva. Hari or Hara basically means something like “Lord”. 
“Om” is the mantra of the creative principle of the Universe and is made up of three sanksrit vowels AUM, symbolizing, in part, beginning, middle, and end (the totality of existence). 
“Namah” is means salutations or praise 
“Shivaya” is means to Shiva 
“Om Namah Shivaya” - simply means "Praise to Shiva".

"Hari Om Namah Shivaya" - I worship the inner "I", I merge with the Lord, I and Lord are one! Oh, the gracious Lord Shiva from the Party, recover purity and Divinity in us!

Mantra - it is a combination of special sounds and vibrations that purify space, body, mind and consciousness from negative energies. Mantra – it is an ancient sacred formula that gives a powerful Divine energy, it is the key that opens the way to the Supreme Divine knowledge.

Repeat the mantras possible any number of times, but the most importantly the number of repetitions has to be a multiple of three. You can repeat them 3,6,9,15 ... times, but the best effect is obtained with a daily repetition of mantras 108 times, because the number of one hundred and eight is considered sacred. One – it symbolizes the Supreme Divine Energy, zero – it is the perfection of God's creation and eight – it is a symbol of eternity and infinity in an inverted form.

In order not to make mistakes in counting the number of times they recommend to use the rosary. Rosary also helps to concentrate better on the mantra and sensations and also while singing mantras it is charging with powerful energy and can serves as an excellent talisman and amulet.
