As the selector of the whole era of dance music his sets might be better described as master classes.
Wills built up his reputation fast throughout the world and locally at places such as Ultraschall, Trouw, Golden Pudel, and Concrete. Mick Wills is also a dedicated producer.

Even though I’d built the playlist for it for a while, decided to go all in and record it with the same approach as I would play in the party. Some old timers, some fresh, some unreleased. All music is made by artists I admire and look up to. No plesers, no cheesy tracks. Fuck you all tho who plays the shittiest tracks in clubs just for the insta stories mention.

Meet Nikita Akimov aka Sinusoidal — a former resident of TESTFM radio, Yzeech, Blatant — who is next on our list of aspiring Eastern European artists we genuinely admire.

Sinusoidal has a flair for creating slow and moody tunes with a pinch of psychedelia, yet he manages to elevate the intensity to such a level that the end result is nothing short of a sophisticated banger. Apart from producing dancefloor heaters, Nikita is also busy crafting sound design for video games.

We discovered Sinusoidal via his first release on @pinkmanrecords back in 2020. Ever since we heard “Inner Implication”, it has remained a constant in our USBs. The same can be said about his latest album “Moral Decay” which came out earlier this year, again on Pinkman (great job, Patrick).
