My first EP 'Paperskin' is out now!!🖤🖤🖤

The majority of the inspiration for this EP was focused and intertwined with my struggles to find happiness and reflects deeply on my fears and depression. Since I was young, music has been extremely therapeutic to me and felt like the only true light in a very dark world. Linkin Park was my greatest source of inspiration and helped me forge motivation and passion out of my depression. Their emotionally charged writing & productions contrasted their vulnerable & enlightening lyrics in a god-like fashion and have been deeply rooted in my soul. My own writing is simply a form of therapy for myself, it helps me see the beauty in life even if it's only for a short moment. I only hope that my music brings motivation & inspiration for others and can help lead them out of their own darkness🖤

This is the first of 5 tracks and I couldn't be happier that this song has been released. Taylor is an absolute goddess of a vocalist and I highly recommend checking out more of her work. I was taken back when I first heard what she wrote for this track, it was beautifully executed and greatly exceeded what I was hoping for🖤

I feel extremely lucky to have linked up with Nicole, her voice is angelic & I love how emotionally rich & brilliant her writing is. The Melody of Yours Fears originated as an idea that Nicole wrote and sent me a recording of her playing the guitar while singing. This draft recording felt so raw and divinely executed, it immediately formed a deep connection in me and inspired a heavy emotional release that I felt had been restrained for too long. This is the second release from my upcoming 6-track EP 'Dethroned'. Each track will be released on Thursday, one week apart. I also have an upcoming release on NCS on November 14th called 'You Made A Monster', but that is separate from this EP.

'No Escaping' is the most recent track I've written from this EP. For the first 4 to 5 months of the quarantine I found myself having a very difficult time writing new music, my expectations for myself were becoming drastically high and my confidence continued to fade. I previously dove heavily into advancing my sound design knowledge so it felt weird that that I couldn't execute anything new successfully. One particularly annoying voice in my head started berating me with the idea that I was beginning to burn out. This lit a fuse in me. I was finally able to release my pent up frustration and unleashed it in 'No Escaping'.
