Luca Venezia, AKA Curses has spent the past year moonlighting as a DJ, Producer and a label owner for Ombra International, an imprint which focuses on left of centre analogue techno with a live edge specializing in Cold Wave with a slight hint of Goth. 
The latest offering is an EP from the Postmodernism Forms, an act based between Bogota Columbia and Berlin, Germany.
A track which channels the Cure as much as it does electronic music. The second track on the B side, 'Never Forget that You're Alive' boasts a live bass, distant sounding spoken word vocals which hypnotizes as well as creates the urge to dance. (difficult not to when closing in on 135 bpm) Dark and distant but always close enough for you to remember that you are alive.

Discovered for the first time on stage a year ago, as they opened Vox Low’s release party in a sordid Parisian venue a rainy day or winter, Order 89 is a promising french neo-punk band where saturated guitar riffs meets binary electronic drums and a cold blooded voice, in a pure dark wave tradition. Poetic and hypnotic, this track is part of Ombra Intl’s new various EP, joining works from Local Suicide & Curses, Dog.ma and Amacord. 12’’ and digital out on march 29th.
