I wrote this song in London where i lived for 12 years. i had many challanging moments, hour spent on my own. the song was written about the understanding that there is a higher being, a cosmic power that exists within and is guiding you  every moment. that god is present everywhere and anyone can enjoy its  presence as a all knowing ethernal power

Hope

This is ‘To Get You Back’, the 4th and final song from my EP: ‘Out of the Blue’.

A few years ago I watched the American sitcom: ‘How I Met Your Mother’. At some point during the show, ‘Future Ted’ explained that there are a few “Five Words” that every person would say and come to regret it...For example: 

1. We should buy a bar
2. We should start a band 
3. I can jump that far
4. I can walk that far
5. I can trust you guys 
6. I should talk to her
7. I’m gonna win her back

I have said all of the above, but ‘I’m gonna win her back’ really stuck out for me. So I wrote a song about it.
