Hi all,

I just had to re-do this cover after hearing the old version! I will leave the previous on here so you can hear the difference between the two.
I really enjoyed re-mixing this song and it has shown to me how much progress i have made in the last 8 months with mixing and production.....obviously still a lot to learn but really pleased with what i've learnt so far!

Anyway, enjoy this cover and any feedback is welcome!

Slash And Burn

just a little idea that I wanted to lay down on a cheesy tapping thing I've had for awhile. Would definitely like this to be a full scale song one day. All of the guitar, bar for the intro, are played with tapping and pull offs. I also quite like the drum groove, can't see that changing once this is a full track.

Slapstick Comedy

Decided to practice some new mixing techniques on an original, sort of indie, alt rock kind of song. The raw tracks were recorded on the fly during writing sessions, so they aren't the most convincing performances, but being away from my gear and unable to rerecord, it's the only option I had. Yeah my guitar tone changed halfway through the finale and the drums aren't finished, but YOLO

Mixes are sounding a bit better in general too, so I'm happy!
