We’re Broken was a track that I’d been working on for quite awhile. The instrumental was first started over a year ago. I knew when making the track that I had a very specific vision for the vocals, and Craig (Near Collapse) had the perfect voice for it. I wanted the track to have a little bit of a punk rock vibe and I think Craig’s vocals really helped solidify that. Lately I’ve been taking a lot of my music in this new direction and it’s something I think you will start to see more and more from me going forward.
