The guys discuss Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Dave Grohl’s rise to fame, Courtney’s decline to oblivion, and a little bit of conspiracy… Ok, a lot of conspiracy.

Episode 07: Kurt Cobain & Craft Beer

First off, this is probably the most relaxed interview I’ve ever done. This isn’t a reflection on other bands, but primarily because I’ve talked with Drew and Aidan many times over the last few years about Donella Drive or seen them at other shows around town. This lends itself to the most in depth look at the individuals behind the music than ever before. I’ve been able to see this band move from being led by one female singer to becoming an instrumental band, and finally, full circle to another female singer. They’ve evolved, grown, and become one of my favorite local bands to experience live.
