Growing Up is the story I always wanted to tell. The irony of being an adult, the pain of lack of connection we often feel, and the lies we tell ourselves in order to feel okay. I masked  my inability to be still and grounded with partying, shopping, and self destructive behaviors. This is not just my story, it is all of ours. I am opening up to honor connection with my fellow humans. I am opening up, so others feel heard through my story.
