Dorisburg live at Floresta - Waking Life '23

Today, we're returning to the enchanting forests of the Spanish midlands and our beloved Delayed x Perpendicular series. We're excited to introduce a multidisciplinary artist whose work continues to inspire and surprise us - Javier Marimon. This Spaniard, who spent a significant time in the Far East exploring new cultures and perspectives, has been a key figure in the international underground music scene for many years. His unique approach to dub-infused techno, halftime, and experimental sounds infuses his creative process with playful energy, evident in his music production, DJing, and graphic design.
Those fortunate enough to meet Javier in person are immediately struck by his infectious charisma and positive energy. While his music often leans toward the deeper, dubbier, and darker realms of electronic music, there's always a sense of freedom and playfulness in the way he combines elements and creates different rhythms.
With that in mind, we're proud to present this special hybrid set that Javier played on Sunday midday at the Perpendicular Festival. The set is deep and dubby, with glitchy moments and meticulous attention to detail. The atmosphere Javier crafted perfectly matched the setting, and the set remains engaging from start to finish.
The scene needs more artists like Javier Marimon, whose creative contributions continue to inspire others. We're thrilled to feature this mix.

Delayed x Perpendicular: Javier Marimon (Hybrid Live)

This recording is from the first edition of L’Appuntamento, a series of open-air listening sessions initiated by Villa Lontana Records and Donato Dozzy in Rome. Each gathering pairs a vinyl set by Dozzy with a live electroacoustic performance by a new-generation artist.

In this first edition, held in the garden of Villa Lontana, Donato Dozzy opened the evening with a selection of minimal, folkloric, and acoustic-rooted records — setting the tone for Verde Prato’s live performance.

L’Appuntamento is an ongoing invitation to pause, tune in, and share time through listening.

Madrid-based DJ and producer Alfonso Pomeda, aka F-on (@f-ondj), is renowned for his experimental sound, blending dub, ambient, and experimental music. Founder of the Alpenglühen project and co-owner of Antimatter, he and his team run the club and festival Espacio Perpendicular, curate Barcelona's Mostra Festival and Les Chaos Ambiants, and perform at top global venues like Paral·lel, Vurt, Laut or Gare. His vinyl DJ sets take listeners on a rhythmic, dreamlike journey.

Fresh off the release of his outstanding album ‘Berlin’ we welcome Felix K - a true purveyor of sophisticated, deep electronic music. His work explores the fringes of techno, jungle, dub, and ambient, building immersive sound worlds that defy easy categorization. Known for his meticulous approach to production and his ability to weave complex narratives through sound, Felix K has carved out a unique space for himself in the global underground scene.

For this marathon journey, Felix K delivers a masterclass in patience and precision, guiding listeners through a three-hour odyssey that is as introspective as it is rhythmically compelling. The mix is a testament to his expansive musical knowledge and his ability to connect seemingly disparate genres into a cohesive, flowing narrative.

In his own words: "The mix was recorded in my studio in Berlin. Beginning with slower Dub Techno, it slips into the early, minimalist 85/170 Drum-and-Bass era, showcasing plenty of those formative highlights before closing with authentic Amen Breaks combining with a sound design that actually anticipates the vibe of some of today’s darker techno productions."

[PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB] proudly presents its 86th release — Mountain Altai VA: Tavda Caves. Dub Techno Star Collection, Vol. 5

Night. The entrance to the Tavda Caves is veiled in smoke from campfires and stars reflected on stone. Here, for centuries, the shamans of Altai performed their rituals — beating drums, summoning the spirits of rivers and mountains. The stone halls became temples, where the echo repeated every word, turning it into an incantation. The Tavda Caves are one of the legendary places of Altai — hollow mountains that still carry the resonance of ancient voices. Hunters and shamans once lived here, nomads found shelter in the darkness, and now those who seek the earth’s energy come to listen. The stone keeps the breath of thousands of years, and if you stay still, you can hear the music of darkness and the echo of light.

This fifth chapter of Mountain Altai VA sounds like an ancient ritual, where each track is a separate spell.

This part of the collection, created in celebration of the third anniversary of [PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB], continues our sonic pilgrimage through Altai — taking the listener beneath the earth, to the place where everything begins. A story about depth. About how, even under layers of stone, you can still hear the light.

Magik Deep - Red Ruby (Original Mix)

Hailing from Gothenburg, @Arkajo a.k.a. Nils Krogh has risen to prominence through consistently superb output, both in his own right and as one half of Genius of Time, the moniker he shares with close friend and long-time collaborator Dorisburg (@alexanderberg). Having already released essential cuts on @aniara-recordings and @clone-nl 's Royal Oak imprint, his own ARKAJO label recently put out a joint EP, Void Pyramid, featuring both him and Dorisburg at their evocative and rhythmic best.

Patterns of Perception 54 perfectly encapsulates the artist’s deep, emotive and irresistibly groove-laden sound, which expertly joins together elements of house, acid and breaks with his own unique vision of techno.
