That feeling of losing yourself in masses of masqueraders and finally healing as your soul becomes whole in the surrendering and sharing of an indescribable camaraderie. 

Such a perfect fusion though, can only occur through music; and it is with this thought at the forefront, Precision Productions alongside Parliament Music have come together to cement those bonds between us all, in the rapturous sounds of the "Jam Band Riddim". 

With a melody which causes bodies to mash together in harmony, only one further component is necessary to make this riddim exceptional and guarantee merriment in the streets. A diverse but spirited array of voices, something this release has in spades. 

Newcomer Shradah McIntyre showcases her stunning vocals, along with versatile artist Erphaan Alves. Also lining up are the current Power Soca Monarch of Antigua and Barbuda, Ricardo Drue, with Trinidad and Tobago's former Groovy Monarch Kees Dieffenthaller, as well as recent Soul Train Award winner Machel Montano, rounding out the outstanding performers featured. 

This combination of talent and jubilant music will certainly have everyone jamming zealously together as their spirits flow in one festive voice for Carnival 2015.

It is a fearsome challenge, but it is one Precision Productions relishes at the start of every Carnival season. The combination of high expectations from eager fans along with each team member's drive to surpass the work of the previous year casts the fertile groundwork needed to annually invigorate Soca lovers with a complete musical Shake Down!

This newly released riddim is a sincere reflection of that sentiment as Precision's characteristic enthusiasm and love of vocation swell within every note from the feisty baseline to the sparkling chords, demanding vigorous movement from the second you hit play.

Naturally, for this level of stimulating sound high-octane vocalists who could exhilarate audiences universally were called upon to channel the unwavering rhythmic power.

Setting things off is Nadia Batson who declares she has a Split Personality, which only surfaces this time of year, while Akeem "Preedy" Chance warns that he is just plain Unruly, even as Patrice Roberts sings about a Blush that refuses to fade. Meanwhile Kerwin Du Bois brazenly proclaims I Am D One, just as Tian Winter revels being In De Middle, and with a heart filled with gratitude GBM Nutron closes things off devotedly chanting So Blessed. All of them give dynamic performances that make it near impossible to patiently wait for the festival to officially begin.

2016 continues to be a year of melodic experimentation for the team. New ideas are being transformed into reality to ensure fans of this genre savor yet another year of mind-blowing music, which will vibrate limbs and fete-ready feet straight into this otherworldly street-party without missing a single beat.
