Discovering last year’s Hysterical Love Project’s self-released debut album “Endless Bliss Weekender” was a personal highlight. Resulting in a release on Knekelhuis as Ike Zwanikken at the ‘and felt like...’ compilation. Hysterical Love Project is the project from the love couple Brooklyn & Ike. In which they craftfully compose a refreshing modern take on the slow sensual realm of Triphop, Ambient and hazy shoegaze. 

They will release their first physical album soon on the amazing label Motion Ward. And there is an unreleased upcoming track in here. Bliss.

Brought up on the sounds of the 90s and old school UKG, these influences are evident throughout Anna's sets which are filled with inspired selections and bursting with energy.

Hailing from Dublin, Ireland, Dan Preo became part of the Dublin scene in January 2020 after his cousin introduced him to a set of CDJ's. 

Since then, Dan has been collecting records and crafting his style taking influence from the likes of Apollonia, Bass Culture Fuse London and Wiggle to name a few. 

After becoming a Resound Dublin resident in early 2022, Dan has supported some big names such as - Harry McCanna, Locklead and will be supporting Kepler very Shortly. 

With Dan making the move to Melbourne/Naarm early next year we are very excited to see him dive into the scene!

@KJONES is not only one half of the popular duo Rush Hour, but an artist who is more than capable of firing up a crowd on her own. 

We are lucky enough to host her for our third edition of Dreamcast, where she thoroughly showcases how much variety can come from a simple two-step beat. She is a talent who is able to seamlessly glide through a different volume of tracks whether it is UKG, prog, or jungle. 

Revs, XE54, Section 8 and the Gasometer are only a few of the iconic venues that she has graced with her sound. 

We’re excited to present to you her dreamcast, and can’t wait for her and @blurr333d to join us at Ethereal as Rush Hour.

For the 15th Episode of our mix series we welcome the talented Hayj. 

Hayj is a UK-born, Naarm based DJ and broadcaster, soundtracking the wee hours on 3RRR. Uniting deep grooves, shuffling rhythms and rattling bass, Hayj traces musical threads and moods across numerous genres from deep house to dubstep. As heard in her show Pear Shaped, which aired on Area 3000 between 2021 and 2023. 

On her contribution to The Cosmic Cast, Hayj shares:

While putting this mix together I was picturing rolling storm clouds that threaten to break but eventually pass. I was inspired by the after hours, layers of deep dusty grooves and hazy atmospheres. I tried to combine long, slow blends with sudden switches and mood shifts to create something cohesive but eclectic.
