I'm so excited to finally get this track OUT! DVBBS and I have been talking about doing a track together for over a year now, and i'm so happy how this one came together. It all started with a vocal about running away to California that I wrote with Delaney Jane on the piano at my house in Toronto, before we embarked on a tour that had us staying in LA for a few weeks in early 2016. I love the Americana vibes of the vocals that Delaney has added, and most of all i'm just so stoked to try something new with my sound on this release. Just after listening to what Adam sent me I decided to try it out on top of what I had started already and vibe was spot on from there! So, yeah we basically met because of this track!
