I heard of TVMBY's passing just today, and I and many others are devastated by the news. I didn't know TVMBY very well personally, but he left a very positive impact on me the few times that we did talk, particularly when I was struggling with mania/psychosis due to my bipolar I disorder.

I had been sitting on this song for a while and was trying to figure out when I wanted to share it, and I think now is a good time, given I had named the track "Healing", and I think that's what a lot of people who knew TVMBY personally will be trying to do. I also hope that wherever TVMBY is now that he is healing and experiencing universal love and all things good.

One thing I remember TVMBY and I talking about a few times was consciousness, and we both believed that consciousness doesn't die when we pass on from this world, that conscious experience can continue beyond death, due to theories of nonlocalized consciousness (the idea that consciousness is not generated by the brain, that instead the brain filters consciousness, and that consciousness has always existed eternally). These ideas at least bring me some comfort that someday I will get to meet TVMBY again, and that he is out there somewhere beyond, experiencing all of the good things that he ever wanted to experience. It doesn't help those as much who are reeling from his loss, as he will be missed dearly by those of us still living, and those will continue to carry the pain from his loss for quite some time.

With that said, I hope this song can aid in the healing process for those suffering in the wake of TVMBY's passing.
