I wrote this song whilst struggling to get motivated with writing music, finding inspiration and getting my life on track after some setbacks. I guess I was in a bit of a rut, but I think a lot of us were over lockdown. Ironically this song whilst being about this experience was also the thing that got me out of it and into a style of writing that inspired a bunch of new material.

This track will be me embarking on my journey, releasing music that I have written and produced 100% by myself and in turn is something that I feel unbelievably passionate about and am excited to finally share with the world.

“oh! heaven” is a song I wrote and produced in my converted attic studio over lockdown. I wrote this song about entering a new relationship and the unexpectedness of finding someone who gives you so much more than you felt you deserve and the reluctancy you have to want to let your walls down.

disguise is a song about parasocial relationships and dealing with the fallout when a person you idolise is ultimately using a facade to hide a more sinister background.

..but in a more general sense how we all have to put on a front in order to hide our true selves.

"run run" is a song written and produced by myself from my bedroom studio. it’s about having an absent parent and the conflicting emotions you feel from knowing this person has only ever caused you pain, but you also have this unbreakable connection which always keeps you holding onto them against all odds.

"mutual" is a song i wrote about reaching the point of getting over that person who broke up with you, but kept coming back to take advantage of the feelings you still had for them - finally reaching a stage where you're strong enough to stand your ground and say that your feelings are no longer mutual.
