This year at Burning Man we were gifted an incredible opportunity by our friend The Festival Guy to perform a secret set at Camp Ego Trip as Daft Punk - complete with helmets and all! We had 45mins to put our spin on things and somehow managed to keep it a total secret this entire time. Easily one of the coolest experiences we've had after 3 years at the Burn and being DP fans for as long as we can remember. Big love to our funk brotha GRiZ for rocking live Sax with us at the very end. Enjoy :)

In 2013, The Detour Podcast was born.  A mixtape series to showcase the wide range of music we love, but don’t often get a chance to play in our DJ sets. Downtempo, trip-hop, disco, future bass, indie, liquid D&B, deep house, & world music were just some of the styles that quickly found a home in this project.  There is no better way to tell a story than through a mixtape and with each mix, we attempted to do just that. Curating a vibe to take the listener on a journey somewhere new and off the mainstream path is what the Detour Podcast is all about.   

The idea of guest mixes and collaborative mixes has been on our minds for sometime now, and wanting to do something for the 10th episode, we reached out to our friend Mt. Doyle.  Doyle’s mixes were always on heavy rotation for us with track selection and mixing which always felt to be on that Detour tip.  A few months ago we set up a collaborative dropbox and began sharing music and ideas and then each mixed a 40 minute section. We’re very happy to welcome Mt. Doyle to the Detour for this special edition of the Podcast and our first ever collaborative mix!
