Kayne West wrote this song from the perspective of his mother, as if his mother was singing it. I love that concept and can relate to it on so many levels. Today marks one year since my Mother passed away. She means the world to me and I miss her everyday. When I sing this song I listen back to the lyrics as if my own mother was singing it to me. ❤️
