High Plains Sunrise

This composition is my own prologue inspired by a novel written by my friend Emmanuelle Ramberg. 
She creates a map which corresponds to all the places of the story, this is the cover of this composition [LINK BELOW]
The objective of my work is to give a musical vision to the world that Emmanuelle has created. 

Other compositions are going to follow. I want to create a kind of album.

When You Whisper my Name

A little trip to then. 

With the help of Dan-T and Ed Cunningham's musicality, this simple little acoustic melody became a story that takes me on an enjoyable moment in the imagination.

"Best Piano I've Ever Played"

This track is something special for me:
many years ago I made an instrumental tune with vocal samples of mine and released it 2010 in my first album "Filet de Fonque". That tune was called "Grebtune" (https://soundcloud.com/quipmusic/calaminus-grebtune-revisited-version-2015)- as it was also inspired by Benny Greb's great "Grebfruit". Benny made use of vocals in this instrumental in an innovative way for me, so I wanted to create something similar as well.  I recorded a scale of my vocals and then triggered the samples via keys over two octaves range.

Recently I found these sample on my harddrive and thought: 
"Why don't you make use of them again?"
I tried and I did that - more in the way of Benny Greb's "Grebfruit", cause these vocal samples are used mainly for backings, chord progressions and phrases like a choir would do.

So 9 years after "Grebtune", here is my new grebtuned track:
"VOCIS".
