'The latest release on Hicky & Kalo's label Plaisirs Sonores Records is a scintillating package, which brings together two titans of the progressive scene. The EP features two progressive house legends; Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren alongside their collaborators Soundexile and Nicolas Rada. They have both remixed tracks taken from the most recent Hicky & Kalo EP 'Borealis'.

It's been quite a ride for Hicky & Kalo in the last 18 months. The young duo have made a name for themselves in the progressive house scene with a string of quality releases, including a collaboration with Seth Schwarz and releases on Hernan Cattaneo's label Sudbeat and Cid Inc's label Replug. In the meantime, they were remixed by both Rodriguez Jr. and Sahar Z. The reaction to their latest EP 'Borealis' was quite something and the title track was even in the Top 100 Beatport Progressive House for 67 days.

With this powerhouse remix EP now on the way, it is surely the cherry on top of a momentous last 18 months. We hope you enjoy it!'

I Can't Breathe

‘Temporary Sanity’ first appeared on the critically acclaimed ‘Time’ (LF017) album by Guy Mantzur & Sahar Z, and has remained a standout favourite since the LP was released back in November 2014. Now, Cornucopia has breathed a new life into the track with a beautifully melodic, subtle, sun-drenched percussive remix.

Already a huge track for John Digweed, who loved it so much, he featured it on his recent ‘Live In Montreal’ (Bedrock) release. Since then, the demand has been steadily growing for Cornucopia’s remix to be released in its own right, so at last, here we have it in all it’s glory on Lost & Found.

Once in a while an album appears that is distinctly special and has the ability to captivate audiences on a global scale, breaking through simplistic genre boundaries and uniting people through its exploration of the psyche of modern electronic dance music. Guy Mantzur & Sahar Z’s ‘Time’ project was such an album, and it remains as captivating and enthralling today.

It's been a while but now Kydus from Liverpool with his experience from releases with Yousef's 'Circus Recordings' and Hot Since 82's 'Knee Deep In Sound' is making it with 2 amazing originals and amazing remixes from Loco & Jam and Mat.Joe. Spiritual techno with an edge just as we love it.

Berlin-based producer Roman Lindau (also known for works on the likes Fachwerk and Osgut Ton) returns to Pan-Pot's budding techno tastemaker imprint Second State with an diamond five track release titled 'Strange Brew'. Great Stuff proudly presents volume ten of it’s “To The Underground” series. The series features solely exclusive tracks. Hand picked with only the dance floor in mind. Tracks that will work crowds and elevate dj sets. 

To The Underground Vol. 10 starts off with Eddy M’s “Music“. A high energy house bomb! It features supernatural bass frequencies, which were created to take roofs off. The female vocal snippets and percussion elements complete the track in perfect style.

Up next is Klein’s jacking “Vibin”. This prime time weapon consists of just right balance of: robot style vocoder vocals, a rocking bassline and an otherworldly groove.  

Black Girl / White Girl take things deeper with their charismatic, slow burning sounds. Magic chords, mesmerising break downs and a snappy deep house groove build the rock-hard foundation for “Aleph”.

The specific stamp of authenticity of Joe Red, SP1DER & Savi Leon’s “All Over” is its bold, gliding groove and limitless bassline that supports the engaging vocal parts and effect sounds in the most modish way. 

The accentuated, funk-filled melody & rumbling groove rock a long a tight knit net of percussion sounds, while the snappy hi-hats bring the right amount of fun. Roland Römer & Ill-Boy Phil’s “Passt” is a dancefloor hot shot!  

Steve Kid is closing out this delectable pool of beautiful electronic music. His “Run Away, So Far” track is all about the deep and mystic deep house groove. Growling synths lead the way through effect-soaked atmospheric pastures and intense male vocal sections.

Darin Epsilon's label Perspectives Digital returns for the fourth consecutive year with its massively popular ‘MMW & WMC Sampler'.  The 2017 edition continues the tradition of showcasing some of the finest talent in the industry.  

The first selection of the series is provided by DJ's Roma Rone and Igor Ri9or.  blaktone is a brand new music project from Saint-Petersburg and their music is a symbiosis of progressive and techno sounds.  Ri9or is no stranger to the electronic music scene with releases on labels such as Balkan Connection, Bonzai Progressive, Visceral, and Pangea Recordings.  blaktone's ‘Aurora' teases the listener with threads of atmospheric sweeps but quickly launches into commanding force with its dark and gnarly bassline.

Teaming up for the second selection is Hasan Mogol and Be Morais.  German producer Hasan Mogol has been creating an array of hypnotizing, crowd-pleasing sounds for over ten years.  Brazilian producer and co-owner of Not Another Music, Be Morais, is rapidly establishing himself as a respected artist with his steady stream of works on Stripped Recordings, Dear Deer, and Slideways.  Hasan and Be Morais' collaboration on ‘Awkward Dance' crafts an undeniably industrious and sinister vibe with its pounding kick, haunting bassline and grimy chords. 

Next up is Kamilo Sanclemente making his third appearance on the label. The Colombian producer maintains his masterful discography on imprints such as Einmusika, Baroque, and Mistique Music.  He's a staple on the Progressive House charts and a constant presence in Hernan Cattaneo's charts and ‘Resident' radio show.  Kamilo's offering titled ‘The White City' pushes the listener into a spellbinding state with its vigorous layers of percussion and eerie vocal samples.

Completing the series is Hungarian producer Paul Kardos.  Paul's impactful debut on Perspectives titled ‘The Other' was instrumental to the success of the ‘2016 ADE Sampler' last October.  Paul brings his signature blend of melodic techno and contemporary progressive house with his newest production. In ‘Ancient Astronaut', the dominating groove and whimsical chords continuously build, creating relentless tension that satisfies in the third act with a dramatic finish.

'Two Argentinian duos, Analogs Jungs and Oliver & Tom, pair up to produce one catchy single, 'Landscape'. The track's name speaks for itself - a vast a contemplative landscape of infinite groove.

Analog Jungs is a musical project from Córdoba, Argentina founded by Claudio Cornejo and Gustavo Ruarte. They have a style that blends Progressive, Tech and Deep House sounds with great versatility and ideal rhythms for the dance floor.

'Music transcends us all,' that's what Oliver & Tom is all about. Composed by Andrés Martynowicz and Mauricio Infiesta, the duo's symbiosis originated in their childhood. Growing up together, they shared diverse musical experiences in rock and pop bands, where Andrés excelled in the electric guitar and Mauricio in the acoustic drums. A few years later, both continued their studies now choosing the piano and synthesizer as their main instruments of production and giving rise to the creation of the electronic music group 'Oliver & Tom.'

Spanish producer Agatha Pher contributes to the calm and memorable vibe, defining the single's clear and beautiful horizons. She always creates beautiful music, and this remix is no exception.

To close out the EP, Brazilian producer Rigooni, known for his beautiful track 'Dreamed Numbers' signed on Nick warren's Balance compilation, is on remix duty and create a bouncy/proggy sound.
