I came up with a great idea today. Hmmmm, House of the Rising Sun...Who remembers this one? Did a rework in a day...Used the Organ, guitar, shredded the recordings into samples and rerecorded them. I am tired. wow. Did not even bother to record the vocals again even though I discovered some mistakes. This is raw ! Outside traditional paths these driving grooves and polyphonic structures take the adventure seeking dancer to Dionysian highs and places never been before.

On the shiny black road that mounted through the pines as he left the hotel he felt the pull in his arms and his shoulders and the rounding thrust of his feet against the pedals as he climbed in the hot sun with the smell of the pines and the light breeze that came from the sea. He bent his back forward and pulled lightly against his hands and felt the cadence that had been ragged as he first mounted begin to smooth out as he passed the hundred-meter stones and then the first red-topped kilometer marker and then the second. At the headland the road dipped to 
border the sea and he braked and dismounted and put the bicycle over his shoulder and walked down with it along the trail to the beach. He propped it against a pine tree that gave off the resin smell of the hot day and he dropped down to the rocks, stripped and put his espadrilles on his shorts. shirt and cap and he dove from the rocks into the deep dear cold sea. He came up through the varying light and when his head came out he shook dear his ears and then swam out to sea. He lay on his back floated and watched the sky and the first white clouds that coming with the breeze. Vodoom can be found in the shadows of Tunisia. This is his first offering for Shango Records and is called “Lamperouge EP”. These two songs will have you awake during the dark of the night. Monvol and Lello Fusco are angels of darkness.

Indeed there shines beauty, when mountains dance.
I believe, a flying mountain made many of us already dream away into other dimensions.
I have no clue if Abdullah Ibrahim dreamt about this when he wrote his piece "Mountains", but it
makes me dream of this since quite some time.
With the "Three Good Boys" I have found a combo with which we can play ourselves into so many
different dimensions.
Whether on a stage or in Josefs living room, whether with fat bass or with acoustic frivolity.
With this release, two pieces of music may come to light, that have been able to grow for me only
by playing with the Boys.
My Brudi is as solid as a rock,
or the one I am sitting with, on top of the mountain,
indulging in the moon that appears in the water, so free and light.
In the intro of "Heilo", that side of the mountain that was still shining becomes grim and by all
means, a shady and scratchy beast awaits in the dark.
Nevertheless, bedded on soft furs, the Brudis are hanging on the bright side and rather howling
towards the moon.

Drawing inspiration from blues, old rock music and progressive rock, IV-IN approaches electronic music production with a traditional view by combining acoustic, organic, and modern elements in his songs.
