And with not much else to do right now, here's James' theme in the style of Series 6, complete with a hurrying rendition using elements from Percy and Toby's themes.

Series 6 - The Fogman Opening

We still miss you, Mr. Perkins!

One thing the CGI series well did that no previous era did was connect Thomas to real-world railways, and no better example of that were the Mr. Perkins' Railway segments that aired on PBS and were featured on some of the Brenner era CGI DVDs. It's still sad four years later knowing that Ben Forster who played Mr. Perkins is no longer with us :'(

My friend Jerome (TheGermanofSodor) found this theme without sound effects or anything on a DVD menu of one of my US DVDs (it's technically the opening theme from Gordon and Ferdinand but I've never watched that episode and I always associate this music with Mr. Perkins). Enjoy!
