The Mill uses interviews, archival oral histories, environmental sounds and machine noises to explore life in the forestry industry in British Columbia from the worker's perspective. 

An experimental approach to documentary, The Mill covers topics such as daily tasks at work, family work histories, accidents, death, industry closures and environmental impacts.
