Hey I'm Ivy <3 My mom taught me how to play guitar when I was young. I grew up singing and playing with her, my grandfather, and cousins in Tennessee. Later I started learning how to produce music when I was 20 years old after getting a job at a local Guitar Center. I bought my first interface and the rest was history! I fell in love with all things audio/music production and decided to pursue a degree in Audio Engineering. At 29, I still find myself producing and engineering music to sort out my thoughts and feelings. I like to say that my heart is my "genre". My main influences are a melting pot of Electronic/Dance music, Folk, Soul, Hip-Hop, Country, Pop, and Rock and Roll. Music has always been a safe haven for me, whether I am making some or listening to it. I hope my art and music finds a way to bring comfort needed to the listener. Whether that be a smile, relaxation, a laugh, anger, amusement, joy, or despair... Every emotion and feeling is valid
