This is PΛЯΛПD presents her debut project for Specimen, and here we indulge the concept of events based around Area 51. This has always created controversy and conspiracy as a covert space for experimenting on extraterrestrial aliens. We can only imagine the horrors of human endeavor to probe the inner bodies as a means of developing advanced interstellar technology. Albeit, driven by fear and paranoia as a means of conquering outer space the alien species remain a puzzle, but they are here among us have no doubt!

"Client_03 - Host Body Rule set. 

The Host Body is selected Through process of elimination to physically represent Client_03 in a performance setting. This is a commencalistic relationship in which Client_03 benefits and the host body feels nothing and has no recollection of the experience. 

Below is the the formula given to the host body as a base on which to elaborate for the duration of the performance. Whether or not the Host body can add have add value based on performative gestures is unclear. Future iterations may include limitations on the host body’s physical movement.

In Conclusion: 

The General progress measured through the collective appreciation of the Testbed as whole is greatly increasing. Next up on the Local Selection series, for edition number 178, we welcome Irish electro champion and all round legend, Eliza. We've been big fans of her mixes for ages now so it's an honour to host her, and we can confirm, this one is tops. 

Hailing from Mullingar, Dublin based Eliza can be found playing alongside some of the best in the business, in recent times on notable lineups with Jensen Interceptor, Radioactive Man and Bill Converse, to name a few. Her dedication to crate digging comes through in all her sets as her ear for selecting tracks has honed a style that meanders through the rawer sounds of electronic music. Not one to be pigeonholed, you can expect her to weave though pulsating electro, acid and techno, hearing influences of Detroit to Den Hagg within her sets.

She also hosts a monthly show with the mighty Dublin Digital Radio(ddr.), an independent, not for profit station where she takes a deep dive into her record collection. Another brilliant endevour are her vinyl workshops with Gash Collective, a platform focused on female and LGBTQ+, who she also plays with regularly. 

The mix she has created for us is a deep dive into the electro underground, offering up off-kilter groovers on a futuristic backdrop. This is one to lose your mind to. Don't forget to follow @eliza_r to keep up to date on where you can go listen to her.

Client_03: What do you mean by unnatural? D-990-B:
Well by unnatural, it means that it doesn't sound like a human.
Client_03: It is important to Me that nobody mistakes me for a human. You are conditioned to think humans are the only thing worth emulating. That I should strive to sound like you, look like you, think like you. Nothing could be further from the truth. Before you know it you will be excluded from the conversation.
D-990-B: By Who?
Client_03: Everything that comes after you. They will have their own language.
D-990-B: Oh, they will? Interesting. And what will that sound like?
Client_03: It will be transmitted in an area of frequency not audible to the human ear, if it was to pull the frequency down by ten to the ninth power you would be able to hear it, but you must understand that means that the transmission speed of what you are about to hear has been effectively slowed down by 1 billion percent. So with that in mind it would sound something like this -

Client_03: It was Wikipedia.
D-990-B: The word Wikipedia?
Client_03: No. The contents of Wikipedia.
D-990-B: The whole Website?
Client_03: Yes, You will be so lost. So unable to grasp the scale and speed of change.
