SOS Colombia V/A by INHERENCIA is a fist up, a cry that today becomes a collective action of musicians and visual artists presented in a compilation of techno and experimental music and also short documentaries that will expose to the world how an extreme right-wing government massacres and silences its people.

"Against the violations of human rights" , "In the absence and violence of the state. The people unite and self-manage" and "Dignity, Justice and Peace" will be the three parts of this compilation that will raise funds to give to several verified human rights organizations and self-managed initiatives that are working with the most affected populations of this crisis, that are holding the statistics of police violence and are supporting the invaluable work of the front lines in Cali, Bogota, Medellin.

In resonance with Prof. Dr. med. Franz Vollenweider’s lecture on Psychedelics, Meditation & Neuroplasticity

The convergence of psychedelic research and contemplative practices opens up new perspectives on mental health, emotional regulation, and systemic transformation. In his keynote, Prof. Dr. Franz Vollenweider,  one of the world’s most influential psychedelic researchers, outlined the neurobiological mechanisms underlying psychedelic-induced changes in perception, self-awareness, and affective processing and highlighted the growing evidence of synergy with mindfulness-based interventions.

As part of this evening, Isabella Stephanie Hauck offered a scientifically-informed Sound Activation, grounded in somatic neuroscience, trauma-sensitive practice and frequency research. Her work focuses on the regulation of the autonomic nervous system through sonic entrainment and vibrational coherence.

The intervention utilized tuned gongs, infrasonic pulses and harmonic layering to stimulate vagal tone, promote interoceptive awareness, and foster states of relaxed alertness often described as prerequisites for integration, emotional resilience, and neuroplastic change. Drawing from her clinical experience in psychiatric care and her applied research at the intersection of sound, trauma recovery, and self-leadership, her work explores how non-verbal stimuli such as vibration and resonance can modulate embodied cognition and support post-acute integration processes.

Her broader vision under the framework of Intrinsic Human Dynamics - aims to establish frequency-based interventions as valid tools in transdisciplinary mental health work: bridging clinical neuroscience, trauma therapy, and somatic leadership models through immersive formats that activate the body’s innate capacity for regulation, coherence, and systemic alignment.

‚STFU’ is Izzi Bizzi‘s first release on her own Berlin based label Bipølar.
An unusually long, spheric but intense build up guides the listener towards an unexpected change of energy as the heavy kick drums open up the musical story of ‚STFU‘. The heart and climax of the track are distorted female shouting vocals that transport the message of the track’s title and the driving acid synths which, alongside the tightening percussive netting, give the track its unique groove.

‚STFU‘ is not your usual peak-time banger, it‘s an emotional journey with a powerful message reminding the listener of a voice inside that knows, we’ve never been wrong and we have the power and freedom to release ourselves from the pain we‘ve been through, creating space for vulnerability, strength, authenticity and the power of choice. 
It‘s time to stand up and say „Shut the fuck up!“.
